Returns & SHIPPING POLICY

What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept the Returns of any unused merchandise purchased from our online store within 14 days of delivery of item.  All items which are returned will be subject to an inspection.  If an item is found altered with, used or physically damaged it will not be accepted for return. 

Please contact us via email to inform us that you will be returning the item and you will be issued a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which you will include in your package.  All returned items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation at your expense.  We do not provide return labels.  We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to our facility. 

Please write your name, address, email address and order number on a separate piece of paper.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you opted for Free Shipping keep in mind shipping costs will be deducted from your order upon return.

What is your Shipping policy?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders typically ship 1-2 business days following order placement. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and generally take 7-10 days to arrive to most destinations in the United States.  Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed by Qeridoo and are estimates only. Tracking information will be sent to email provided, typically within 24 hours of shipping. Currently we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. All order are shipped with DPDgroup

CANCELLATIONS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

What is your policy on cancelled orders?
If you decide to cancel your order before we ship your item, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Shipping costs of course, will be refunded completely. There is a reason as to why this policy exists. Once you place your order online, the order gets assigned to ship by one of our warehouses in Germany and there will need to be a lot of work done to cancell this order due to time zones and customs procedures that have started to take place in preperation of your order.
What is your policy on unclaimed packages?
If you decide to reject your package and at the time of delivery by our shipping carrier,  your order will be considered to be a return.  Additionaly your account will be debited for the return costs associated with the package as well a customs fees for the return back to Germany.

What is the time frame for orders to ship?

What is my timeframe to report a shipping problem?
Issues with shipments must be brought to our attention within a reasonable amount of time so that they can be handeled. Most shipping carriers will not open a claim if the claim is not brought to their attention within 45 days. We take the same position. If an issue is not brought to our attention within 45 days of the expected delivery date, we cannot help you resolve your problem.
